We are also excited to announce the Dana Laganella Gerling, Esq. and Rodney D. Gerling, Esq. have been nominated as Florida Super Lawyers for the last 7 years (2015 – 2022).

Affordable Attorney, Gerling Law Group also received the 2022 People’s Choice Award from the Bradenton Herald for Favorite Attorney in Manatee County for the eleventh time. This year winning in four categories: Best Law Firm, Best Estate Law, Best Wills & Trusts and Best Elder Law. 

Affordable Attorney, Gerling Law Group has won Best Attorney and Small Law Firm in East Manatee County for four years and was the runner up for the 2021 Reader’s Choice of Favorite Attorney and Law Firm in Manatee County by the Herald-Tribune.

Dana Laganella Gerling, Esq. was voted as Legal Elite in the 2010 issue of Florida Trend Magazine and was featured in their July 2010 publication and also was included among the 2010 Rising Star in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. Only 2.5% of lawyers in the state of Florida have received such designation from Florida Super Lawyers. Candidates for this honor are evaluated based on twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. We congratulate Dana on this outstanding achievement and that she has remained on the Legal Elite and Super Lawyers lists ever since! Because she is such an overachiever, Dana was also named among just 7 percent of the wealth managers in the Sarasota area as a Five Star Wealth Manager from 2009 through 2014 and 2017 by Sarasota Magazine.

Dana Laganella Gerling was one of the twelve winners of the Women and Men of Manatee County. The United Way Calendar Showcase Event took 19 selected nominees (nominated from people within Manatee County) to raise money for the United Way and in turn, earn a spot in the calendar. Dana became Ms. January of the 2008 United Way calendar. This dedicated community leader practices in areas of law that include: Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Incorporation.
